the Women's Independence Scholarship Program , Inc. will officially begin operations as a separate foundation. WISP, Inc. will continue to provide scholarships through the Women's Independence Scholarship Program (WISP), the Counselor, Advocate and Support Staff Scholarship Program (CASS) and the Change Your World scholarship (for children of our WISP graduates).
